Digital Products Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. Once a product has been downloaded, we cannot offer a refund. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise.
Eligible for Refund
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- ✓Product is significantly different from description
- ✓Product files are corrupted or cannot be downloaded
- ✓Duplicate purchase made by accident
- ✓Technical issues prevent product use (must be reported within 7 days)
Not Eligible for Refund
- ✗Change of mind after successful download
- ✗Lack of technical knowledge to use the product
- ✗Product does not meet expectations (when accurately described)
- ✗Request made more than 14 days after purchase
Refund Process

4. Processing: If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
