Digital Products Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. Once a product has been downloaded, we cannot offer a refund. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise.

Eligible for Refund

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Product is significantly different from description
  • Product files are corrupted or cannot be downloaded
  • Duplicate purchase made by accident
  • Technical issues prevent product use (must be reported within 7 days)

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after successful download
  • Lack of technical knowledge to use the product
  • Product does not meet expectations (when accurately described)
  • Request made more than 14 days after purchase

Refund Process

3. Decision: You will be notified of our decision via email.

4. Processing: If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
